Electrolytic nickel-plating

This process consists of covering the metal object  with a nickel electrodeposit that protect it from rust and oxidation.
This finishing is generally used in fashion and mechanical industry.

Electrolytic gilding/gilding free

During this process the metal object is coated by a gold electrodeposit.
This finishing is mainly used in ready to wear fashion field for accessories like buttoms, buckles, zippers, small teeth of zips.
This treatment can be also done nikel free with different kind of gold tones like yellow, light, pale, opaque and red.

Electrolytic old silvering free

This processing consist of covering the metal object with a copper electrodeposit to which is added silver.
This finishing is generally used in field like ready to wear, forniture, house hold articles, religious items and medals.
The article to be covered can be finished with nuances of shades ranging from light /glossy to dark/matt.
At the end of the process is also done a zapon painting to provide a protective barrier against oxidation and to ensure the quality of product in time.

Electrolytic old brass-plating free

During this process the metal objects are coated by a copper electrodeposit to which is added burnished brass.
This finishing is generally used by ready to wear, furniture and household articles industry.
The article to be covered can be finished with nuances of shades ranging from light/glossy to dark/matt.
At the end of the process is also done a zapon painting to provide a protective barrier against oxidation and to ensure the quality of product in time.

Electrolytic old coppering free

This process consists of covering the metallic object with a copper electrodeposit to which is added burnished.
This kind of finishing is generally used in ready to wear/furniture/household articles field.
The finishing can be done with nuances of tones ranging from light/glossy to dark/matt.
At the end of the process is carried out the zapon painting that ensures the quality of the product in time protecting it agaist oxidation.

Electrolytic nickel-plating free

This is maybe one of the most important process in electroplating that consists of covering metal articles with a copper electrodeposit to which is added a thickness of nickel free and black free.
This finishing is mostly used by ready to wear fashion industry.
The article to be covered can be finished with nuances of shades  ranging from light/glossy to dark/matt.
At the end of the process is also done a zapon painting to provide a protective barrier against oxidation and to ensure the quality of product in time.

Electrolytic acid copper-nickel free

During this process the metallic objects are coated by a copper electrodeposit to which is added a thickness of acid copper and nickel free.
This finishing is mostly used by ready to wear fashion industry for buttoms, buckles, zippers and small teeth of zip.
This finishing has been recently used by other industrial sectors like:
Taps and fittings, pipe fittings, bolts, screws and small metallic items.
This finishing is required to avoid the rise of allergies caused by  the nickel’s contact to skin.
Nickel free treatment is accompanied by our internal certification.

Electrolytic gun metal grey free

This process consists of covering the metallic objects with a copper electrodeposit to which is added acid copper with a thickness of nickel free and black free.
This finishing is generally used by ready to wear fashion industry for bottoms, buckles, zippers, small teeth of zips.
This finishing is required to avoid the rise of allergies caused by the nickel’s contact to skin.
Nickel free treatment is accompanied by our internal certification.

Zapon painting

During this process the metallic objects to be treated are immersed in special paints , which can be water or nitro and their subsequent drying centrifuge.
This process creates a protective layer to external agents, ensuring the quality of the product in time.

Sealing/waxing

This final process is also used to protect metallic products from external agents as an alternative to zapon painting.
