Questo nuovo trattamento è ideale per proteggere minuterie come bottoni/fibbie/lampo/dentini delle cerniere dall’aggressione degli agenti atmosferici e dal rilascio di acidi dovuti alla concia della pelle.

Electrolytic nickel-plating

This process consists of covering the metal object with a nickel electrodeposit that protect it from rust and oxidation.
This finishing is generally used in fashion and mechanical industry.

Electrolytic gilding/gilding free

During this process the metal object is coated by a gold electrodeposit.
This finishing is mainly used in ready to wear fashion field for accessories like buttoms, buckles, zippers, small teeth of zips.
This treatment can be also done nikel free with different kind of gold tones like yellow, light, pale, opaque and red.

Electrolytic old silvering free

This processing consist of covering the metal object with a copper electrodeposit to which is added silver.
This finishing is generally used in field like ready to wear, forniture, house hold articles, religious items and medals.
The article to be covered can be finished with nuances of shades ranging from light /glossy to dark/matt.
At the end of the process is also done a zapon painting to provide a protective barrier against oxidation and to ensure the quality of product in time.

Zapon painting

During this process the metallic objects to be treated are immersed in special paints , which can be water or nitro and their subsequent drying centrifuge.

Sealing/waxing

This final process is also used to protect metallic products from external agents as an alternative to zapon painting.
